The owner of Albion Oak once told Sir Ian Botham after walking from Birmingham to Clent with him, that Sir Ian probably thought that 2012 was Andy’s best birthday ever but the previous year he was at Wembley Stadium watching Stoke City score five goals against Bolton Wanderers in the FA Cup semi final. On the 17th April 2023 Freddie was born and although Andy didn’t know it, Freddie was soon to become Junior Site Surveyor for Albion Oak and the first ever Employee of the Month. All future employees should note that unless they were born on the 17th April it is unlikely that they will ever win Employee of the Month, get over it.
